Living Your Best Life
We will discuss time management, stress management, and lifestyle balance. We will also discuss how to make healthy behavior changes such as mindfulness, healthy eating, and physical activity and how to create habits that will stick and leave habits behind that do not serve us. This session will be interactive and involve applying concepts to your own life!
Myka Winder is an occupational therapist and professor at USC trained in the intervention of Lifestyle Redesign(R), an individualized method to improve health through making healthy lifestyle changes with the help of a therapist. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 2 year-old little girl, and finds lifestyle balance through ocean swimming, reading novels, and being outdoors.
